Anchor native macOS context menus to the clicked terminal/tab position so the top loader and interface no longer freeze around right-click menus.

Keep tab widths from collapsing below their minimum, including during tab open animations.

Polish tab renaming by hiding close/pin accessories while editing and keeping long rename text scrolled around the cursor.

Remove old plugin API notes that are no longer part of the shipped app surface.
